Yuzu and coconut chocolate is handmade by Utopick chocolatiers and is part of the collection of citrus chocolates created in collaboration with Todolí Citrus Fundació.
Yuzu is a hybrid between a Papaya and an ancient Mandarin. It originated in China, but is grown mainly in Japan.
It contains dark chocolate (70%) with bits of candied yuzu and bits of dehydrated coconut.
