The 5th edition of Citrus Gastronomic Competition of Palmera Town Council was planned of the 3rd of February 2025. The main objective of this competition is to promote the use of the wide range of citrus varieties from the botanical garden of the Todolí Citrus Foundation, in recipes designed and dishes prepared by professional chefs.
