The Foundation recovers its olive oil production in the Vall de Gallinera After several years without production, Todolí Citrus Fundació has once again harvested the olives from its groves in the Vall de Gallinera, Alicante. A few years ago, a devastating fire severely affected the area, and the olive trees took time to recover. This year, at last, the trees have borne fruit again, and with them returns Totolí, the extra virgin olive oil produced from this harvest.
